Cosmic Pizza is right near my house. I love pizza but bread doesn't love me anymore. I was intrigued by their St. Louis style crust option.
Gratis bread with oil and vinegar. CP's balsamic is really good, very sweet.

I ordered the St. Louis style pizza crust with cheese and kalamata olive. I was excited when it came to my table. St. Louis style might be more familiar to you as "cracker crust" or thin crust. This is easily the thinnest crust I have ever eaten. Really. I ate 5 pieces. Rarely ever happens anymore.

Ahhhh the thinness. The sauce was good, slightly sweet but not overpowering. The olives added a nice saltiness.

We also had the New York style meat lover's pizza. The sausage at CP is really, really good. I would be happy with a STL style pizza with just cheese and this sausage. The crust was really good. The right amount of give and fluffiness with a good amount of sauce.

Cosmic Pizza is really small 3 or so tables. They are renovating and will have seating on the 2nd floor available for up to 30 more people. According to the owner the best way to experience his pizza is at the restaurant. Getting it to go will only lead to the steam from the pizza to make the crust soft. I rely on the pizza experts to guide me on the path to righteousness.
