This is by work in the old Red Light Cafe spot. It's "charmingly" located next to a gentleman's club called Club Venus. But hey, we can't help who our neighbors are can we? Wolf & Co is hoping to cater to the professional and convention crowd that is in walking distance.
We walked there today for lunch and it was very nice. It's a bright interior with black accents. Each bar sized table has a potted herb plant. I chose the table with rosemary.
I ordered the grilled white cheddar cheese sandwich with apple. I had them throw it on the panini press to smush down the bread for me. Yum! If only I could eat bready sandwiches all the time. Wonderfully tart apple with the white cheddar. I would love an alternate version with figs. The little salad on the side was great. Mixed greens and a bleu cheese dressing with fresh cheese on top. Bagged chips were okay but not the main focus for sure. They also make a wonderful grilled caprese sandwich. I hope to try the soup next time.
