Taco Fan right here! I love most any tacos, the crunchy tacos that most of us can make at home or the more authentic style on a corn tortilla with lime. I have my turn at those at home where I make a marinade with A1 steak sauce which my husband calls Ghadobo, which means Ghetto Adobo. We're cool like that.
Anyhow, I've been excited about Taco Azul for some time. The Friday before my big diet started I found them on Fountain Square. They could not have been nicer people. I placed my order and had my food within about 10 minutes. I ordered 1 taco of each variety: steak, al pastor pork and chicken. I loved the limes, the onion and the cilantro. Yummy!
I must say my favorite was the steak. It was the most flavorful. I could have eaten about 10 tacos and at their prices I probably could have relatively easily.
