Floyd's Kitchen

Thank you restaurant.com for having insanely cheap certificates. We went to Floyd's which took some finding. It had a very nice interior. Hardwood accents, stainless steel and movie photos everywhere. Pat had a bacon macaroni and cheese. He ended up not liking it because of secret red peppers that were not listed on the menu. Not their fault - Phil ate it so no loss. I had a caesar salad - pretty good. I had shrimp scampi which was really good. They did the cream sauce to where it was that great balance between creamy and buttery. Not too much of either. Phil had the spicy chicken parmesan on the recommendation of our server. He said it was light on the spicy but otherwise good. Pat had the French dip which he enjoyed. Pretty tasty. It was a great place to go on a weeknight, coupon or not.
