We ordered the avocado/edamame dip which I have later found out is also called "edamole". This was AMAZING! The creamy texture of completely blending the edamame with the avocado gives it a similar flavor to a mild guacamole but a much more pleasing smooth texture. House made tortilla chips were really a treat as well.

We also ordered the samosa rolls. These were delicious and incredibly flavorful. Don't skip this one either!

Here's Ann's Shrimp and Mac and Cheese. I tasted it - it was really tasty. The shrimp flavor kind of gets lost in the cheesy goodness of the gouda. Still good, This is a pretty large portion.

I was slightly bummed - I was all set to order cassoulet but they were out. I got the pork chops instead. They were good, tastier than my prior favorite at Montgomery Inn but the Maple flavoring didn't come out. The chipotle mashed sweet potatoes were a good contrast to the sweet maple/pork combo. The beans had a wonderful bacon balsamic sauce on them. Very nice.

I am a sucker for a bread pudding. This one started out good - it's just way too sweet. If there were less of the sauce on it - it may be more manageable. But this sauce is just sweetness incarnate.

If you're in the Old Milford area do stop in for their delightful fresh-American foods.
