El Coyote

When I was in high school I thought that this was really good Mexican food. God how wrong I was. Eating here as adult I realize that it's really lackluster. They proudly boast Velveeta as an ingredient. That should be a shameful kitchen SECRET! Not a proud ingredient PRINTED ON YOUR MENU! Their food is greasy and not flavorful.

If in Anderson Township and looking for good Mexican food, travel to Eastgate and eat at Rincon Mexicano.

  2. To be fair I have never had their steak. When I went I had the empanadas and the nachos. I much prefer Rincon or if in Newport the Rio Grande.
